Terms of service
In force from 20 September 2026
These terms govern your use of tulligo. By using the service you accept them: if you don't agree, don't use it.
1. Who we are
tulligo is a service of Francesco Gazzerino, Via Rua Francesca 9, 80133 Naples, Italy — VAT number IT10627341216.
For anything concerning these terms, write to support@tulligo.com.
These terms govern the relationship between us and anyone opening an account to create digital guides for their guests: hosts, owners, managers and agencies (“Customer”, “you”). They don't govern the relationship between you and your guests, which is yours alone.
2. What tulligo is
tulligo lets you create a digital guide for your guests — property information, access instructions, Wi-Fi, rules, local tips, map — and share it with a link and a QR code. Depending on the plan, the guide can include automatic translations, an AI chat that answers your guests, reading statistics, campaigns and a Store to sell extras.
Everything you put in is your content. We provide the tool to create it and show it: we don't check it, we don't approve it and we're not responsible for it.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You're responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account: keep them safe and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Depending on the plan you can invite other people onto your account. They work on content but not on the subscription, invoices and Stripe account, which stay yours alone. You're responsible for what the people you invite do.
4. Free trial
The free trial has no end date and includes every feature of the chosen plan except publishing: during the trial the guide can only be previewed, with no public link and no QR code, and AI operations are capped at 3 per month. We don't ask for a card to start and we charge nothing until you activate a plan.
Once the trial is over, without an active subscription only the Subscription and Settings pages stay accessible. Content created during the trial stays saved and comes back when you start a plan. One trial per Customer; the plan chosen for the trial can't be changed during it.
5. Plans, prices and payments
Plans and prices are those published on tulligo.com at the time of purchase. Prices shown include VAT.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from the renewal following the end of that notice: if it doesn't suit you, you can cancel before then.
- The subscription renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it.
- Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.
- Every subscription includes a number of properties: that's what determines how many you can create and publish.
- Adding properties takes effect immediately and charges only the difference for the days left in the current period. The exact amount is shown to you first and must be confirmed.
- Removing properties takes effect from the next renewal: the current period is already paid for and you use all of it, with no charge and no credit. If you have more properties than will remain, you choose which ones go offline on that date.
- If a payment fails, the subscription may be suspended and the guide may go offline until the situation is resolved.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you're a consumer — an individual acting outside your trade, business or profession — you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of starting a paid subscription, without giving any reason.
To do so, just write to support@tulligo.com within those 14 days. We refund the full amount paid within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method, without deducting anything for the days you used.
This section doesn't apply if you buy as a business, professional or company.
7. Cancellation and pause
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for: until that day you use everything normally and we charge you nothing more. There are no refunds for the unused part of the period, except as set out in section 6.
You can also pause the subscription: you pay nothing until you resume it, but while it's paused the guide isn't online.
When the subscription ends — through cancellation, failed payment or pause — the guide goes offline: the link and the QR code stop working and the Store stops taking payments. The dashboard stays accessible so you can start a plan again.
8. How long we keep your data
The deadlines below are not statements of intent: the system applies them automatically, every night.
They don't cover tax and accounting records — invoices, billing details, transaction amounts — which we keep for as long as the law requires.
- Content of an account without an active subscription: kept for 12 months from the end of the subscription, then permanently deleted. We email you 30 days and 7 days before, and if you start a plan again before that date nothing happens: everything comes back online as it was.
- Your guests' personal details entered in invitations (name, email, phone, stay dates) and messages sent: deleted 12 months after check-out, even if your subscription is active.
- Store requests: after 12 months the guest's name, contact and note are deleted; the amounts remain, as accounting records.
- AI chat conversations: anonymous from the start and deleted after 90 days.
9. The Store: selling to your guests
If you turn on the Store, your guests can pay for extras straight from the guide. The sale is a contract between you and the guest: tulligo isn't a party to it, sells nothing and isn't responsible for the product or service, its description, its delivery, refunds or any dispute.
Payments go to your own Stripe account, which you open and manage; Stripe's terms apply and its fees are yours to pay. tulligo keeps the sales commission stated on the site for your plan, taken automatically on each transaction.
You must comply with all laws applying to your sales: pre-contractual information, your customers' right of withdrawal, food safety, licences, invoicing and taxes. You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, damage or expense arising from your sales.
10. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence: generating and rewriting text, translating the guide, and the chat that answers guests' questions. Results can contain mistakes: always check generated or translated text before publishing. What your guest reads remains your responsibility.
To provide these features, the text of your guide and your guests' questions are sent to our AI model provider, DeepSeek, based in China. If you don't want that transfer, don't use the AI features.
Each plan includes a number of AI operations per month per property, as stated on the site. Beyond that limit the AI features stop until the following month, unless you buy extra credits. Purchased credits don't expire, are used only after the included ones, and are neither refundable nor convertible into money.
11. Your content
The content you upload stays yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to host, process, translate and show it to your guests in order to provide the service: we don't use it for anything else and don't pass it to third parties other than the providers listed in section 14.
You warrant that your content is yours or that you have the right to use it, that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights and isn't unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or obscene, and that it's accurate: times, access instructions, rules, emergency numbers, recommendations.
We don't check or approve your content and we're not responsible for what happens when your guests rely on it. If a guest takes the wrong road because of an imprecise direction, can't get in because of a wrong code, or has a problem at a place you recommended, that's on you.
tulligo is not a storage or backup service: keep a copy of the content that matters to you. We make backups for service continuity, but we don't guarantee recovery of content you deleted yourself.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense or let third parties use tulligo outside your account;
- decompile, disassemble or try to derive the source code;
- use tulligo to build a competing product;
- attempt unauthorised access, work around plan limits or overload the system;
- publish unlawful content or use the service to send unsolicited messages.
13. Service availability
We do what we can to keep tulligo reachable and working, but we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There can be interruptions for maintenance, updates or problems at the providers the service relies on.
The service evolves: we may add, change or retire features. If a change significantly reduces a feature included in your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel without penalty.
14. Personal data
For your own data — account, billing, use of the service — we are the data controller: see our privacy policy.
For your guests' data that you enter into tulligo, you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your behalf under Article 28 GDPR. We process that data only on your instructions and to provide the service, we keep it confidential, we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, we help you with data subject requests and we notify you without undue delay of any personal data breach.
We use these sub-processors: Convex (database, United States), Vercel (hosting, United States and EU), Stripe (payments, Ireland and United States), Resend (email delivery, United States), DeepSeek (AI models, China), Geoapify (address search, Germany), OpenStreetMap (maps, EU and United Kingdom). Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We give notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor; if you have well-founded objections you may cancel without penalty.
You warrant that you have a valid legal basis for entering your guests' data into tulligo and that you have given them the required privacy notice.
15. Intellectual property
The software, name, trademark, design and documentation of tulligo are and remain ours. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use it for the term of the contract, nothing more.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or the rights the law gives consumers which cannot be waived.
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, reputational harm or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We don't guarantee that using tulligo will produce bookings, revenue or better reviews.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change is material we'll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance: if you don't accept it you can cancel before it takes effect without penalty; if you keep using the service afterwards, you accept it.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law.
If you're a consumer, the courts of the place where you live or are domiciled remain competent, and you can use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). If you contract as a business or professional, the courts of Naples, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any clause is void or unenforceable, the others remain valid. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
