Privacy

tulligo's privacy policy is drafted with Iubenda. If you subscribe to the newsletter we keep your email, name, language and the date and wording of your consent until you unsubscribe: the link to do so is at the bottom of every email.

Other providers

Besides the services listed in the privacy policy, tulligo relies on these providers to work. Each one receives only the data it needs for its job.

Guest reviews

If the property has switched them on, a guest who opens the guide from the personal link sent by the host can leave a review, one per stay. We store the name the host wrote in the invitation, the ratings, the topics chosen, the comment if there is one, the language and the date. Other guests of the same guide see, for 30 days, only the first name, without surname, together with the ratings, topics, comment and date; the host always sees all the reviews of their property, with the full name and the dates of the stay. Reviews stay stored until the host deletes the property or their account. If a review is reported and we remove it, it no longer appears in the guide. To ask us to remove your review, write to support@tulligo.com.

Cookies

On the public site, and only with your consent, we use the Meta pixel to measure our ads: if you decline it isn't loaded and writes nothing. If you arrive from a link in one of our campaigns, when you sign up we save on your account which campaign you came from (the labels in the link, not who you are): with your consent your browser remembers it for up to 30 days, without consent it only counts for the current visit. Every other cookie is technical: your login session, the permission to open a PIN-protected guide, and the choice you make on that banner. Your guests' guides have no cookies at all: visits are counted with an anonymous fingerprint that changes every day.
