The AI chat answers your guests for you.
Guests ask the same questions every stay. Inside the guide they find an assistant that answers straight away, at any hour.
- It answers only with your guide's information: if an answer isn't there, it doesn't invent one and offers to put the guest in touch with you.
- It speaks whatever language the guest writes in.
- You see what guests are asking and, with “Add to guide”, you fill in what's missing.
- Conversations are anonymous and are deleted after 90 days.
What time do I need to leave the flat?
Check-out is by 10:00. Leave the keys on the table by the door.

Before you subscribe, here's everything you need to know.
- Every plan is charged per published guide: you pick the plan for the features you need and pay as many times as you have guides online. On Start every guide costs the same, the first as much as the fifth. On Pro and Premium the price drops from the second property and drops again from the eleventh. Draft guides are free: the counter at the top shows you the exact total.
